This is the second publication of this fully detailed oil and gas activity and concession map covering the sub-continental regions of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan. Due to the high amount of exploration and drilling activity in this vast region, plus the continuing release of new blocks under the latest round of NELP VII not yet awarded but to be announced later this year. CRSL have published this commercially available map of the region to market directly to the oil and gas industry. India remains one of the least explored regions in the world. Only six of the country's 26 basins have been explored so far. The general early consensus that India had little hydro-carbon potential has changed dramatically since the recent finding of some major fields. Many deepwater discoveries are still to be investigated and further drilling schedules to be expected. Basins such as Krishna-Godavari have numerous large deepwater discoveries. All these areas and discoveries are included in-depth within this map. Scale: 1:1,000,000 (insets 1:500,000/1:250,000) Size: 1385mm x 985mm Contents: Oil and Gas Fields and Pipelines permanent and proposed, with field name Well locations and current status Concession blocks with operator status Blocks on offer, recently awarded & provisionally awarded NELP VII rounds shown with colour coded rounds Major cities, towns and ports Water depth Detailed insets of major development areas Terminals, refineries, processing plants, regasification terminals and compressor stations. |
